HiSKY

HiSKY, known for its precise and reproducible results, offers an extensive range of ASI probes, enabling anomaly detection with just one hybridization for any fluorescence microscope.

It uses specific fluorescent probes to mark each chromosome pair with distinct colors. This facilitates the visualization and identification of translocations, inversions, and other complex chromosomal aberrations.

Automated Spectral Karyotyping

The module automatically analyzes the painted chromosomes, generating a digital karyotype that clearly highlights any chromosomal rearrangements. This automation reduces analysis time and increases the accuracy of the results.

HiSKY is especially useful in cancer and genetics studies, where subtle chromosomal aberrations can be crucial for diagnosis. The spectral technology allows identification of even those alterations that might go unnoticed with traditional techniques.
