Spectra in Fluorescence or Brightfield.

HyperSpectral represents a technology that enables a vast range of biomedical imaging applications.

It combines spectroscopy, multi-dimensional imaging, and computing to define the chemical composition of a biological sample. The core principle is the detailed simultaneous measurement of each pixel of the spectrum during image capture by a digital CCD camera. In this way, HyperSpectral images can be used to obtain fluorescence or brightfield spectra, such as absorption, transmission, or reflection. HyperSpectral imaging allows precise localization of chemical constituents, providing a unique and unmatched understanding of the molecular origin, formulation, and phase of the sample.

GenASIs HiSKY, known for its accurate and reproducible results, features an extensive range of ASI probes, enabling anomaly detection with just one hybridization using any fluorescence microscope.

Differentiation

  • Chemically distinguish areas that appear similar to the human eye.
  • Create color mapping of chemical similarities and differences.
  • Select a region with the desired qualities for analysis, and then SpectraView will automatically locate all other regions similar to the image.

Separation

  • Separation of spectral components to visualize them in individual layers.
  • Automatic object detection and classification based on morphological content and spectral quantification.
  • Each layer is displayed in a separate image to ensure no information is lost.

Quantification

  • The unmixed spectral component and background noise removal provide precise spectral content for each pixel.
  • Extraction of information from each selected region allows quantification of dye concentration, intensity, size, and shape.

Documentation

  • Automatic image enhancement with brightness and contrast tools, providing customized reports including images and annotations.
  • Integration with ASI’s advanced data management system, the
  • Case Data Manager, exports information in widely used formats such as XML.
