Pathology Solutions

PathFusion provides a complete digital workflow for pathology, primarily by connecting brightfield and FISH images across different probe vendors and sample types. In other words, the application includes advanced features such as computer-assisted FISH tissue detection and unique algorithms for automatic cell identification, signal detection, classification, and cell quantification.

Thus, with tissue matching capabilities and automatic transfer of regions of interest from H\&E or IHC images captured on ASI or third-party scanners to FISH slides digitized on the ASI platform, PathFusion combines versatility and reliability.

How important is Pathology?

Pathology is fundamentally important to medicine as it studies changes in the tissues and cells of the human body, identifying diseases and their causes at the microscopic level. This field provides precise diagnoses, enabling early detection and targeted treatment of conditions such as cancers, infectious diseases, and inflammatory disorders.
Additionally, pathologists collaborate with other healthcare professionals to determine the best therapeutic approaches and predict prognoses, directly contributing to patients’ quality of life.

HiPath

Computer-Assisted IHC Counting

GenASIs HiPath is a computerized counter for Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Chromogenic In Situ Hybridization (CISH) assays that assists pathologists in reviewing and analyzing tissue samples. Complementing the existing laboratory infrastructure, GenASIs HiPath helps pathologists reach the best possible conclusions by providing automatic counting and statistical analysis of all cells within the field of view and across multiple fields of view.

PathFusion
