GenASIs SpotScan provides an advanced solution for automated FISH signal detection, enumeration, cell segmentation, and classification for high-demand environments with extremely precise FISH analysis. SpotScan is ASI’s automation solution for FISH, operating on the GenASIs Scan and Analysis platform.
The hardware of the SpotScan platform is based on an automated microscope with a motorized 9-slide tray or an optional 81-slide loader that operates in an infinite cycle, enabling analysis, documentation, and automatic report generation. In this way, the system allows interactive, semi-automatic, and fully automatic operation to accommodate any laboratory workflow.
SpotScan preserves images, reports, and analyses in an advanced Case Data Manager (CDM), which comes pre-installed with the system. Images, patient information, and reports are managed by the CDM, ensuring complete references and documentation are available on a single screen.
GenASIs SpotScan is approved for use as an automatic enumeration tool in conjunction with: GenASIs ALK, GenASIs BandView, GenASIs FISHView, GenASIs UroVysion, GenASIs CEP XY, and GenASIs HER2/neu FISH.
